What does it mean for you, for me, for film that Steven Soderberg is no longer interested in making narrative films?  “…I don’t have any plans to make another movie…I can see myself doing something completely unshackled from narrative that you could only stand to sit through if it were in the context of being an art piece.  You know, that you go and watch at the MoMA or something.” 

     The quote is from an interview with Don Steinberg in the Wall Street Journal, 2/1/13.
